INTERVISTE
TRA I FORNELLI
BRINGING THE
SOUTH TO EVERY
DISH
Born in the province of Brindisi
and grown to an entrepreneur
in the catering sector, Roberto
Attanasi has made his passion
for the flavours of Southern Italy
the heart of the culinary offering
at the restaurant “La Fattoria” in
Cavallino-Treporti.
Roberto, how did your journey in the
restaurant trade begin?
“The passion began when I was a child. I
attended a hospitality school, then wor-
ked in various establishments across Italy,
whilst continuing my training through
specialisation, management and som-
melier courses. A key milestone was joi-
ning the Slow Food Chefs’ Alliance and,
subsequently, Euro-Toques, one of the
most prestigious associations of Europe-
an chefs.”
How did you end up in
Cavallino-Treporti?
