Do you want to incorporate yoga practice into your day, but don’t know when to do it? Here’s a few suggestions.
If you practice yoga in the morning, your digestion will start more easily and you will begin your day fresh and energetic because you will have stimulated your circulation, gotten your joints moving and ready for the challenges of the day. Of course, if doing yoga every morning is already challenging for you, don’t force yourself because you won’t stick to it.
It is also good to do yoga in the evening because, before going to sleep, you can let go of all the tensions and worries of the day. You can fall asleep with more ease and your sleep will be more restorative. In the evening, the body is usually more flexible and relaxed, which makes it easier to quiet down and stretch.
However, you can practise at any time of the day: the important thing is to be able to find time for yoga and fit it into your daily life.
