Two hundred square metres of slides, swings and lots of games for all ages and skills. This is the new park inaugurated a few weeks ago at Lio Grando, in Via del Forte Vecchio. An enclosed space, inclusive, sustainable and accessible to all, which winds its way through an undulating pedestrian path that guides visitors between different play areas. Plus lighting, street furniture and a fountain.
The new playground joins the many already present in the area, such as the one in front of Piazza Santa Maria Elisabetta, or the one near the Alì supermarket. Then there is the Urban Park, a revamped multifunctional space inaugurated last year, equipped with double skate ramps and a basketball court. Moving towards Ca’ Savio, we find the Baden Powell Park with many games and green spaces and, near the access to the sea, at the end of Via Ca’ Savio, a callisthenic area with various free-body equipment.
