Three days of music and culture in Treporti, to celebrate the Venetian musical tradition.
The Festival della Canzone Veneziana (Venetian Song Festival), now in its third edition, will be held from August, 30th to September, 1st in Treporti, in Piazza Santissima Trinità from 8.30 pm and with free admission. An event featuring Venetian tradition and music through performances by local artists and tributes to different music icons.
The opening performance on Friday 30th will be “Gastu mai pensà”, an show dedicated to songs written and sung by the great Lino Toffolo.
Saturday 31st will be the turn of “Ti sa Miga”, a true emotional journey through the history and traditions of Venice.
Finally, on Sunday 1st of September, the grand finale with the latest work by Gualtiero Bertelli, who will present his new album “In giorni come questi”.
The event is organised by the L@ Rete association, with the patronage of the municipality.
