The best way to explore Cavallino-Treporti is by bicycle. The network of bicycle paths is very extensive and exceeds 40 kilometres. Among the most evocative routes is the section along Via Pordelio, directly overlooking the lagoon, with sections cantilevering over the water. The 7-kilometre bicycle path with three lay-bys not only enhances the area, but also offers equipped rest areas with bicycle parking, interchange points with public transport, electric bicycle recharging stations, pumps for inflating the wheels, benches, waste bins, drinking fountains and green areas with native trees and irrigation systems. Each one is also equipped with lecterns with a map of the area, to promote sustainable mobility and the discover of the territory.
