Saturday 29th of August sees the return of “Beach on Fire”, the world’s longest fireworks display.
More than just a show, it is a collective experience, a moment of wonder that brings together people of all ages under the same sky, illuminated by cascades of light and pyrotechnic displays. It is “Beach on Fire”, the world’s longest fireworks display. This unmissable event is scheduled for Saturday 29th of August at 10.30 pm. For around half an hour, over six thousand fireworks will be launched in perfect synchronisation from ten launch sites spread along the thirteen-kilometre stretch of beach, from Punta Sabbioni to the Cavallino lighthouse. The result is a breathtaking show that unfolds uninterrupted along the entire coastline, creating a visual experience that is unique in the world. Organised by Parco Turistico di Cavallino-Treporti, in collaboration with Assocamping and the local council, “Beach on Fire” has been a symbol of the Venetian summer for over twenty years, transforming the coastline into a stage of light and colour.
