Half a century of history for the Juventus Club 2 Stelle Cavallino-Treporti Jesolo.
It is one of the longest-standing clubs in the Veneto region, and certainly among the most active. Suffice it to say that, since the club began hosting evenings and gala events, it has welcomed around fifty current and former Juventus players.
The Juventus Club 2 Stelle Cavallino-Treporti Jesolo recently celebrated its 50th anniversary with an evening held at the restaurant-pizzeria Vanin in Punta Sabbioni.
In attendance were Sergio Brio, a defender who became one of only six players in the world to have won all five UEFA competitions, now a Juventus Fan Ambassador; Franco Causio, World Cup winner with the Italian national team in 1982; and Massimo Briaschi, former striker and winner of numerous trophies.
The club was founded in 1976, and since 1982 has been led by Ferlito Vanin, who was recently honoured at a major Juventus Clubs gathering held in the province of Messina, attended by many former champions, including Michel Platini.
“Seeing all this affection and passion is a source of pride,” commented the three former champions.
