Two evenings celebrating tradition, good food and community in one of Cavallino-Treporti’s most iconic locations. On Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th September, the traditional Sagra del Tempeston returns to the churchyard of Santa Maria Elisabetta in Cavallino, organised by the Contrada di Cavallino In collaboration with the Municipality and the Parish. The event, which has always been linked to local traditions and flavours, takes its inspiration from the late-summer storm that once marked the end of the warm season. The festivities will kick off at 7 pm with the opening of the food stalls, where visitors can enjoy meat and fish specialities, accompanied by live music and entertainment throughout the evening. Live music with Sabato & Roberto on Saturdays, and the Alex and Andrea Show on Sundays.
Ahead of the main event, on Saturday 22th of August at 6 pm, the Regata del Tempeston will take place, organised by ASD Remiera Cavallino on the Pordelio Canal circuit; another exciting opportunity to experience the local area and its beauty.
