When you ask a child to tell you how big his joy is, he immediately spreads his arms and says, all smiles: “this big”. Because that is his unit of measurement. And inside those arms, however small, is a whole world, made up of memories, experiences, friendships, places seen and kept in their heart. Each of us has our own perception of “how much”, even if sometimes we feel just like that child and, inside our extended arms, we would like to fit everything in. Yet, in Cavallino-Treporti there are certainties about the definition of “big”. With its 28 campsites, this is the largest open-air concentration in Europe. With 7 million presences, it is the first seaside resort in Italy. With almost 8 kilometres, it has the longest cantilevered cycle path in Europe.
