Irene Vianello’s book, which explores redemption and resilience.
More than just an autobiography, it is a powerful message urging us to always believe in ourselves and our dreams, overcoming prejudice and adversity. This is the message Irene Vianello sought to convey in her first book, “Ho imparato a volermi bene” (Abra Books). Originally from Cavallino-Treporti, a lawyer by profession (in 2012 she also obtain her admission to the Madrid Bar), the author takes the reader on an autobiographical journey of extraordinary tenacity, marked by numerous difficulties but, above all, by truly significant victories.
Born prematurely at just 900 grams, she survived a childhood marked by a benign tumour in her ear and no fewer than 33 surgical operations. Through the silence of the incubators, she endured the tough challenge of learning to speak and to read lips, and the determination to build a future for herself. By her side is a strong family: tireless parents and a courageous grandmother who puts her granddaughter before everything else. Irene has managed to transform pain and fragility into strength. Her story is a hymn to tenacity.
