There are many opportunities to spend time admi ring art, in its various expressions.
SILENCE – NIJS CENTRE
It’s called “silenzi”, the exhibition composed of lagoon views by Eleonora Bon and wooden sculptures by the master shipwright Vanni D’Este. Open until July 21st at the Nijs Center in Cavallino. Open to visitors on Fridays, from 8pm to 10.30pm; Saturday, from 4pm to 7pm; on Sundays, from 10 to 12. Free entry.
BATTERIA PISANI
The exhibitions set up inside the Batteria Pisani Mu seum (via Vettor Pisani, 40) are always visible, open every day from 10.30am to 6pm (last entry 5.15pm), except Mondays. Piazza della Batteria, on Thursday 18 July, at 9pm, will host the “Cuban Festival from Habana with Cubanìa Y Tradicion”, for an event organized by the cultural association “Italialatinoamerica”, in collabo ration with Parco Turistico. BATTERIA AMALFI
Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, from 9.30pm to 10pm, there will be the projection of images with special effects and lights on the central body of the Battery (via Retrone, 2). On Wednesday 24 July, at 5.30 pm, there will be a guided tour of the central body of this fort. The event is organized by the Tourist Park Consortium.
“ARTESTE”
It is the collective exhibition curated by the Espressio ni Artistiche association set up at the Manin cultural center in Ca’ Savio. Exhibiting: Anna Arndt, Giuseppe Danuol, Antonio Fumagalli, Werner B. Laurin, Negar Sadeh and Orlando Nardin. The exhibition is open until August 4th and can be visited from Thursday to Sunday, from 6.30pm to 10pm. Free entry.
“PEOPLE – TOWN – LANDSCAPE”
This is the title of Ivano Marcanzin’s personal exhibition, set up at the Lio Piccolo cultural center and open to visitors from 6 July to 25 August, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 10am to 12pm and from 3pm to 5.30pm.
