A new shuttle service will connect the Saccagnana cemetery to the Borgo di Lio Piccolo. After a three-year experiment which limited the access of motor vehicles in specific periods, since last February it was decided to extend the Urban Reduced Traffic Zone to Lio Piccolo, Mesole and the fish farms). The choice, dictated by the awareness of the fragility of these places and the environment that surrounds them, aims both to make tourists reach them by bicycle and to carefully manage the flows of bicycles that will be monitored.
The agreement with Atvo, which has been collaborating with the municipality of Cavallino-Treporti for years, after appropriate assessments, provides for the confirmation of the shuttle service on the days dedicated to events organized in Lio Piccolo, thus guaranteeing easy access to users.
The train will therefore be available only on Sunday 4 August and on the weekends of 7 and 8, 14 and 15 September.
